Since 2001 or so, one of my main hobbies has been motorcycles.
Pictured above on Wisconsin Point on Lake Superior, is my 2008 Buell XB12XT Ulysses, 
purchased in June 2009.

Prior to that, I owned a 1997 Kawasaki ZG1000 Concours, nicknamed
the Green Monster. I purchased it in 2003 with 5000 miles on it. I 
traveled all over the country on that bike - I really loved that motorcycle, but I sold it
in June of 2009 when I bought the Buell. It was
my second bike. The first was a 1982 Yamaha XS400 Maxim, which I gave to our friend Kelly.

I also had a 1980 Suzuki GS1100L that I partially restored in 2004. It belonged to my
friend Dave Nahan, guitarist in our band shoot lucy. It turned into more of a project than I'd
thought it would. I sold that bike in the Spring of 2008.
